Broken Lullaby
Growing up in a mob family had
scarred Mary Graham. She'd thought running
away would ensure her son didn't face the same
horrors. But after three years on the lam the
single mom couldn't live that way anymore. So
she'd come back home to Broken Bones, Arizona - and
found herself at the center of a baby brokering
scandal. To prove her innocence and help a
grieving mother, Mary had to turn to her family's
nemesis- a cop... a cop named Mitch Williams.
He'd been after her family for years, so could she
trust him to have her best interest at heart?
|
Broken
Lullaby
(4.5), the
story of cop
Mitch
Williams and
Mary
Santellis
Graham, the
former wife
of a crime
lord, is
told with
fine flair.
Mitch and
Mary become
neighbors
and friends
as their
paths keep
crossing
when Mary
gets in the
middle of a
baby-brokering
scandal.
Mitch, who
has been
after her
family for
years, is
determined
to piece all
this
together and
bring things
to rights.
Electrical
currents,
suspense and
a mother's
love and
loss are all
part of
Pamela
Tracy's
excellent
story.

The Price of
Redemption
Eric Santellis figures there might be worse things
than finding a dead body in the shed of his
grandfather’s cabin. Police officer Ruth Atkins is
just leaving a funeral of a fellow officer when she
gets the call she’s been praying for and dreading. A
body has been discovered in the desert. Two years
ago, her husband disappeared. A smear of blood
dirtied the driver’s seat of his cop car. Two
unlikely heroes unite against all odds to solve the
crimes and maybe, just maybe, put more than bandaids
on their broken hearts.
From Romantic Times Magazine: In The
Price of Redemption (4.5), Eric Santellis finds a
dead body in his shed. Just released from jail for a
crime he didn't commit, it seems someone plans on
setting him up again. Ruth Atkins, one of the cops
on the scene, became a police officer when her
husband went missing a few years ago. She's one of
the many who hates the Santellis family. But
compassion quickly binds Ruth and Eric, even though
they have more questions than answers. The conflict
between Pamela Tracy's characters is exceptionally
deep -- especially for a short category romance.

Pursuit of Justice
by Pamela Tracy
While helping the police bust a
drug ring, Rosa Cagnalia
witnessed a murder—one she was
now being framed for.
Officer Samuel Packard hauled
her in, only to see another cop—
his former partner—take her from
the precinct without cause. So
he followed. Betraying a friend
went against Sam's beliefs, but
he suspected that something was
going on, and that Rosa just
might be innocent. The dangerous
predicament he discovered her in
only cemented his desire to
help. Now, if only he could get
his beautiful suspect to
cooperate....
Reviews
Pursuit of Justice will keep you
on your toes as you experience
the stress of being in danger
with Rosa and Sam, who are
trying to avoid being
killed...all the while pursuing
justice. This story has more
details, plot points, twists,
turns, herrings, and action than
most suspense novels. It's not
overly violent, but at the same
time it's by no means a soft
story. Plenty of action fills
this novel, and up to the very
last page the characters are
exposing more lies and murders,
and are running from danger!
Reading Pursuit of Justice made
me feel like I had stepped into
the middle of a NYPD Blues
episode.

Officer Samuel Packard arrests a
woman for speeding, only to have
someone start shooting at them,
and his suspect dive into the
car and reappear with a
semi-automatic pistol and start
firing back. He hauls her in,
digs through false IDs till he
finds out she is Rosa Cagnaila.
Rosa witnessed a murder two
years ago while she was helping
police, and has been on the run
since, trying to find evidence
against the murderer, because
she knows nobody will believe
who it was. What a treat after
the last book! I was laughing
and cheering one minute at
Rosa's sheer audacity and
determination to escape, and
biting my nails the next.
Murder, mayhem, double-crossing,
and a rescued street cat named
Go Away for comic relief. This
is the best book I've read in a
while.

Tidewell is a Titus woman.
Following the Biblical
injunction to mentor younger
women in Christ, this pastor's

her battle an enemy with
kindness - and perhaps recognize
true love? Can Mrs. T's example

one Old Maid's Choice between a
loving man's proposal and the
siblings who need her? Will
Samantha embrace Mrs. T's words
about renewing the soul and
climb down Jacob's Ladder into
the arms of genuine love? As
the group begins to quilt in the
Four Hearts pattern, will Diana
open herself up to the
friendship of the circle - and
the love of a curious observer?

historic Ohio River and watch
four searching young women
transform into stable servants
